This pet friendly Victorian mid terrace cottage in the heart of Mumbles provides delightful holiday accommodation for 5 people with coastal styling, a garden and private parking.
Situated close to the popular 'top shops' of Newton Road and Underhill Park it is a 'walk anywhere' property with the promenade and the beaches of Rotherslade and Langland all close by.
Visitors can also head 50 yards down a gentle hill to an interiors shop situated at the end of Woodville Road and a fish and chip shop just across the road.

Bedroom 1: Double bed, TV and wardrobes with an interconnecting door to the single bedroom.
Bedroom 2: Single bed, wardrobe.
Bedroom 3: 2 x single beds, which can be linked together to make a king size bed, a double wardrobe.
External: Secluded courtyard garden at the back of the property with decking and some planting.
