Just over 2 miles from Llanfihangel Tal-y-llyn, this special retreat is just 1.5 miles from beautiful Bannau Brycheiniog or the Brecon Beacons.

Enter the stone abode, which has underfloor heating downstairs, to find accommodation that blends rustic features with modern comfort and style. Head into the snug to cuddle down in front of a glowing wood burner or into the lounge to watch the Smart TV with the bi-folding doors pulled right back to the garden in summer. There is another wood burner in here too. Challenge each other to darts or pool matches in the games room or settle down to a Hollywood blockbuster in the cinema room. The fabulous kitchen/diner features everything you will need to help you prepare hearty feasts with your own Welsh ingredients. Dine together under the stars in the gorgeous, glass and oak conservatory section. Climb one of two staircases up to the first floor, where your four king-size bedrooms, one double and one twin are located. Two of these have en-suite shower rooms, and there is a family bathroom and family shower room. Spill outside to pamper yourselves in the hot tub or barrel sauna. Cook in the pizza oven and supervise the children on the play equipment. There is parking here for six cars.

Llangorse Lake, 4 miles away, is a great place to head to walk, fish and take part in water sports. Venture the same distance into Brecon to shop, dine out and take a scenic canal cruise.
