Praa Sands Beach is ideal for families to enjoy a traditional seaside holiday and for water sports enthusiasts, including surfers and body boarders.

This splendid property is accessed via a sloping pathway to the front door. Once inside you can enjoy the chic decor and the large L-shaped kitchen/diner/lounge which is beautifully furnished and decorated with handmade Cornish art. The kitchen has all the appliances needed to make meal preparation a breeze. The lounge has comfortable sofas, a Smart TV and a wood burner for chilly evenings. Patio doors mean you can make the most of the scenic view. Off the kitchen you’ll find a shower room. From the hallway are a family bathroom and one single and one king-size bedroom, both of which benefit from the sea views. Upstairs are two bedrooms - a king-size bed and a super-king - both rooms have a window seat. Outside, the rear lawned garden is accessed via steep steps. The front patio benefits from magnificent views across Praa Sands Beach, and with a BBQ and furniture is the perfect spot for dining alfresco.

Praa Sands is situated on the South West Coast Path where you can head to Hendra Beach and Rinsey Head (2 miles). Historic Porthleven (5 miles) is a lovely day out where you can relax and watch the world go by at the pretty harbour eateries and explore the shops and galleries. For a day away from the beach head to the Cornish Seal Sanctuary at Gweek (12 miles) and learn more about the sea life that can be found along the Cornish coast.
