The Edwardian coastal town of Southwold is 1.5 miles away, where you can enjoy plenty of traditional seaside activities. Bring your buckets and spades and water sports gear to enjoy the sandy beach, and then head to discover the pier and lighthouse.

This splendid, spacious house is stylishly furnished with a coastal theme and offers a boutique feel and a superior experience. The open-plan living/dining area is a lovely social space. The lounge has plenty of natural light from the picture windows, and your eye will be taken by the cosy wood burner, perfect for keeping off the chill on cooler evenings. There is ample comfortable seating and a TV for evening entertainment. A narrow staircase leads to a small, snug area with seating, making it an ideal hideaway for children. The galley-style kitchen has all the appliances to make cooking a breeze. There is a shower room and two king-size bedrooms on the ground floor - one of which is en-suite. Upstairs are two more bedrooms: one twin and one single. Step outside to relax in the rear lawned garden with a paved seating area, garden furniture, and a BBQ.

The beautiful coast is the main attraction, and water sports enthusiasts will love The Denes Beach (1.5 miles), where you can swim, canoe, and windsurf. A trip to RSPB Minsmere (11.5 miles) is a must for nature lovers. Enjoy walking through the coastal nature reserve and discover the Wild Zone and Wild Wood Adventure Area. Beccles (14 miles) is the gateway to the Broads, and from this pretty market town, you can enjoy a boat trip or hire a boat and create your own adventure on the water.
