Perfect for multi-generational holidays or getaways with friends, this large, luxurious farm building renovation is bursting with character from the original exposed beams to the towering, vaulted ceilings. Experience the beauty of the Norfolk coast on a day at Wells-next-the-Sea Beach (8 miles), backed by majestic woodland offering endless hours of entertainment between the sandy shore and the wooded haven.
As you step into the entrance, a cosy snug area greets you, furnished with soft leather seating and offering plenty of space to put down your things before touring your holiday home. The main living space is an open-plan living room/kitchen/dining area with grand beams above the head, exposed stone walls and quirky modern furnishings. A large cream sofa and additional seating ensure there’s space for all the family to spread out in comfort, whilst the impactful dining table provides a more formal place to gather. The kitchen has been finished to a high standard, with a statement navy theme contrasting against the natural wood countertops and an island/breakfast bar situated in the centre of the room creating another social hub. Bedroom one features a wonderful emperor-sized bed with plenty of space to sprawl out and relax in the countryside-themed room. A further two king-size bedrooms with their own chic country style and a playful bunk room with two sets of bunk beds complete the sleeping arrangements, each with its own en-suite for added privacy. The enclosed courtyard garden has also been curated with thoughtful touches featuring a seating area, fruit trees and a BBQ for guests to use.
Those in search of adventure will love the Norfolk Coast Path (8 miles), leading you through varied, rugged landscapes to picture-perfect viewpoints and beautiful bays where you can stop off for a bite to eat.
