Providing the perfect base for family or friends to explore the wonderful North Norfolk coast and is conveniently located close to the local shops, cafes and restaurants, with the award-winning beach just a short stroll away.Ground Floor, Victorian tiled path, one step up leading to: Front door leading into the spacious hall with original tiled flooring, staircase, door to Lounge: with Smart TV, comfortable sofas, bay window and feature fireplace, door to Dining Room: with large table to seat 10, French doors leading out to the rear garden and feature fireplace. One Step down: Door to Kitchen: with original tiled floor, insert Victorian feature range, gas hob and electric fan oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Door leading into Utility Room: with washing machine, tumble dryer & beer/wine fridge, and door to Shower Room: walk in shower cubicle, WC, and washbasin.
