Spread across three floors, the five bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements for up to 10 guests. From the spacious master bedroom with its bay window to the cosy top‑floor double with a glimpse of the sea, there's room for all ages to feel at home. A small front garden and a private rear courtyard provide quiet spots to enjoy a morning coffee or store beach gear after a day by the sea. Clarendon sits just moments from Sheringham's shops, cafés, pubs, and the sandy beach. The train station is a three‑minute walk away, giving easy access to Cromer, Norwich, and the heritage North Norfolk Railway.

This property has an additional £20.00 per week applied to it to cover the rising utility charges.
