Set in an idyllic rural location, The Coach House is surrounded by rolling countryside with uninterrupted views across to the Welsh hills. Positioned on the border of Wales, Cheshire, and Shropshire, it is perfectly placed for exploring. Walkers can enjoy the Sandstone Trail or venture into Wales to take on Snowdonia. History lovers will appreciate easy access to Chester, Shrewsbury, Chirk, Cholmondeley Castle, and Hawkstone Follies. There are also plenty of family-friendly activities nearby to keep children entertained.



The property features five well-appointed bedrooms:

•Two super-king rooms (one can be split into twin beds)

•One downstairs king-size bedroom with disabled access and an adjoining wet room

•One twin room

•One bunk room with a single top bunk and a queen-size bottom bunk suitable for

•adults

Three bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, and there is also a family bathroom plus a separate downstairs loo.



Living spaces:

There is plenty of room for everyone to unwind. Enjoy the cozy TV room with a large sofa and bean bags for movie nights, the elegant sitting room with a log burner and seating for ten, and a dedicated bar area perfect for mixing cocktails.



Kitchen and dining:

The exceptionally spacious kitchen includes two sinks, two dishwashers, two ovens, a five ring hob, air fryer, microwave, coffee machine, and all the cookware you could need. A generous island offers a great gathering spot, and the large dining table in the glass extension provides stunning panoramic views.



Outdoors & facilities: There is parking for up to ten cars and an EV charging point (charged separately at 63p per kW). The indoor tennis court is available daily from 9am–12pm, with additional time available on request — just speak to Daisy, the owner, who will always try to accommodate. The sports hall also includes football goals, a badminton net, basketball hoop, and uni-hockey sticks for your use.
