Great, great location for accessing Gare Saint Lazard for all types of metro/train transportation. Many restaurants within a very short walking distance. Apartment building was secure and safe. Unit was very quiet and comfortable.

Gut: Sauberkeit und Lage
The property was clean. Furnished very sparsely. Felt safe in location. Quiet.Big problem with bathroom. Divider separating tub from sink and room was not long enough, and was not sealed along bottom edge. As a result using shower resulted in water all over sink counter and floor. This obviously had been a long standing problem as formica on counter was delaminating. There was mold around tub as well.Using TV was annoying, router needed to be rebooted each time we turned TV on. Also, tried to use clothes iron, which leaked when water added making it unusable.Kitchen was acceptable, although we only made coffee.Location was very convenient with Monoprix supermarket and Gare St Lazare a short walk away. Printemps and Gallerie Lafayette also nearby. Bistros nearby as well.All communication with host seemed to be with an AI bot, a bit disconcerting. Although all questions did get answered.In summary, good location, safe. Bathroom needs repair. It would have been nice to have had information re market, local restaurants in apartment rather than us having to have found them on our own.

The apartment is in an excellent location, particularly for transportation throughout the city. Multiple Metro and RER lines are literally right outside the building and it is a quick short trip to most places. The location is also good if you like to shop given that the major department stores are a block away. What it lacks is a neighborhood feel despite it being very busy outside. The apartment faces the back of the building, so it is very quiet and it looks out on a green courtyard. The place was clean and comfortable. It is pretty basic though. The kitchen was fine. The bed was good. The bathroom was a bit old. There was a leak of water on the floor from the bidet but they fixed it quickly after I notified them. It isn't the nicest place but it met all my needs, the communication was excellent, entry was easy. Price was reasonable.

Gut: Check-in, Kommunikation und Lage
The location of this property is great. You are close walking distance to the metro, train station, groceries, restaurants and pubs. Picking up the keys were close by, but watch the video they send to find the actual location of the entrance to the flat or you will have difficulty finding it. The apartment itself needs updating, the photos in the listing do not show the wear and tear of this unit. The laminate in the bathroom is peeling and warping everywhere from water. When you take a shower the water leaks out on the sink area and sprays outside the shower area due to lack of proper shield. It was apparent that previous guest had the same issues due to the water damage. You could not use the microwave unless you literally picked it up and moved it to another location where there was actually an outlet. Overall, the kitchen itself was very outdated as well. In the bedroom, there's an exposed electrical outlet, the TV did not work, the bed and pillows we're very uncomfortable. I ended up using a towel and t-shirts to make my own pillow with their pillowcase. Our last two days the elevator broke down. We had to bring our luggage down from the second floor via the stairs. We will say that the host was very quick to respond to any issues or questions we had.

Die Wohnung hatte eine wunderbare Lage, zentral und in der Nähe von Haltestellen des öffentlichen Nahverkehrs. Sie war sauber und warm, das Bett und die Bettdecke waren sehr gut. Die Küche war mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen.
