Flat 9, 21 Collingham Gardens is located in the charming district of Kensington. This area is known for its beautiful garden squares, Victorian architecture, and proximity to cultural landmarks like the Natural History Museum and the Victoria and Albert Museum.
The nearest underground stations are Gloucester Road and Earl's Court, both within a 10-minute walk, providing easy access to the Piccadilly, Circle, and District lines for convenient travel across London.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
