Cozy 3 bedroom house with 11 kw electric car charger

The house is divided into 3 floors: -The ground floor has a living room with a table, couch and TV. There is also a fire place but that one is closed for safety reasons. There is a separate kitchen with access to a balcony. From the balcony, there are stairs leading to the nice garden. There is also a separated toilet with a little sink. Lastly there is a little office that is not used and closed for public. -On the first floor, you will find 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub and a separated toilet. -There is also a basement where you will find the washing room that includes a washing machine, a dryer, the iron, iron board and a washing rack. The room opposite of the washing room is a little utility/storage room that is closed for public. The basement is also where the garage is. As the owner has his car and personal belongings there, the garage is not to be used. You can park outside in front of the garage. In case you need the electric charger cable for your car, we will connect it and put the cable outside for you. We charge 0,35 € per kW and we will show you via the electricity application how much you used.
