Getting Around:

The apartment is 10 minutes from the main train/bus station in Luxembourg, Gare Centrale.

The apartment can be reached via local cab from Luxembourg Airport in approx 15 - 20 min.



There are other means of transportation like the bus, tram, and Webtaxi, or you can pre-arrange your airport transfer by Towncar. If you need assistance, let us know. We’d be happy to help!



Other Things to Note:

We’re excited to have you staying with us and want to ensure you have a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Our apartment is thoughtfully equipped for your stay—Smart TV, bed linens, and bath towels are all provided at no extra cost. We also welcome long-term stays, making it an ideal home base for remote workers and business travelers. To help maintain a safe, respectful, and pleasant environment for all guests and neighbors, please take a moment to review and follow the house guidelines below:



1. ID Requirement: Please provide a government-issued ID for all guests above 18 during the online check-in process.



2. Check-In/Check-Out: Please adhere to the designated check-in and check-out times. To ensure a smooth experience, check-in is from 3 PM onward, and check-out is by 10 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are not available.



3. Guest Limit: Only those listed in your reservation are permitted on the premises of the property. No visitors or unregistered individuals should have access to the property.



4. Residential Use Only: The property is intended for private residential use by registered guests only. If your stay involves additional guests beyond your reservation, we cannot be responsible for privacy concerns.



5. Respect the Neighbours: Please be mindful of noise, especially during quiet hours (10:00 PM to 8:00 AM). Parties, events, illegal activities, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. Loud music after 10 PM is not allowed.



6. No Smoking: Please use designated smoking areas. Smoking tobacco or any recreational drugs inside the building is strictly forbidden. A €500 penalty will apply for non-compliance.



7. Furniture and Structures: Refrain from moving furniture or setting up tents or other structures. A €300 cleaning fee will apply for any stains or any items that are taken or damaged.



8. Departure: When leaving, please turn off all lights and heating, place your key badge in the designated lockbox, clean the kitchen, and dispose of any leftover items to avoid a €200 cleaning fee.



9. Liability: Please note that we are not liable for issues managed by third-party entities.



10. Damages and Cleaning: Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning incurred during their stay.



11. Support Liability: As a self-check-in property without a reception, we will not assume liability for check-in problems if guests are uncooperative with troubleshooting. In-person assistance is unavailable from 5 PM to 9 AM, including weekends and holidays.



12. On-Site Visits: We offer 24/7 remote support for any issues that may arise. On-site visits are subject to availability during weekday hours (9 AM to 5 PM) after internal decision. If a guest requests an on-site visit after remote troubleshooting and no issue is found, the guest will be liable for all associated costs.



13. Compliance: It’s essential to comply with all house guidelines. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your stay without a refund.

Interaction with Guests:

This is a self-check-in property. You can use the lockbox to collect your keys. The apartment was comfortable, well-appointed, and conveniently located near the center of the city, a lovely park, and the Tram. Management responded quickly when we had an issue with one of the showers. Underground parking was very nice to have, but be aware that you will have trouble entering the car elevator if you have a larger car. You also should expect significant traffic noise due to the location of the apartment. We handled that with a white noise machine and the traffic noise would not prevent us from booking the place again.

Lux stay

Lovely comfortable and clean apartment, well equipped though no corkscrew for our wine! we had expected A/C so disappointed there wasn’t any. We had to contact agent to get the heating reprogrammed as was set too high. Also external blinds seem to be set to automatically open which defeats having them for blackout or to keep the room shaded T1 tram nearby and great to get around the city, plus free transport a bonus. Would still recommend apartment

Se préenregistré pour avoir le code pour entrer le code pour rentrer obtenu qu’à 15h après avoir téléphoné Communication uniquement en anglais et via whatsapp mais réactif Pas de badge pour le parking avons dû stationner dans la rue le 1er jour les prises ne fonctionnaient pas idem avec les volets, le grille pain HS 2 fois nous avons dû intervenir au tableau électrique TV qu’en anglais Pas de wifi avec QR code Pas de tire bouchon et carafe d’eau Très bel appartement très bien situé Lire toute les explications en anglais sur le site
