We respect your privacy but are always available if you need anything. You’ll have full independence during your stay.
If you have any questions or need assistance — from local recommendations to help with the apartment — we’re just a message or call away and respond promptly. For longer stays, we can also arrange additional cleanings or linen changes upon request.
Step outside, and you’re in the heart of Helsinki. This is where the city feels most alive: cafés opening their doors early, trams gliding past, and locals heading to the market square for fresh bread and berries. You’re surrounded by Kamppi, Keskusta, and Punavuori—three districts that blend culture, design, and everyday Helsinki living.
Walk a few minutes east and you’ll reach the Esplanade, lined with historic architecture and boutique shops. Continue toward the water for South Harbour, where ferries depart for Suomenlinna and the sea breeze carries the smell of salt. To the west, find Kamppi Centre, supermarkets, restaurants, and easy transit to every corner of the city. In the evenings, streets soften into warm lamplight, with wine bars, bakeries and design studios.
This neighbourhood is walkable, safe, and easy to navigate. You’ll experience daily life here the way locals do—by tram, on foot, or simply sitting at a café window watching the city move.
If you’re planning something special—an anniversary, work stay, or a quiet retreat—send a message. we’ll help you choose the best cafés, saunas, galleries, and hidden spots nearby.
You’ll move easily from here. Trains, trams, buses, and the metro all run within a few minutes’ walk, making it simple to reach every neighbourhood in the city. The Kamppi transport hub is close by if you’re heading farther afield.
Most of central Helsinki is walkable, so you’ll likely explore on foot—past design shops, galleries, and quiet residential streets that open onto the sea. If you prefer cycling, City Bikes operate throughout the warmer months, with docking stations nearby.
For day trips, trains from Helsinki Central Station connect you to Espoo, Vantaa, Porvoo (via bus), or even Tallinn by ferry from the harbour. Airport access is direct: take the train from Central Station and you’ll be at Helsinki Airport in about 30 minutes.
If you need directions tailored to where you’re going—cafés, saunas, coastal trails—send a message and I’ll guide you step-by-step.
We aim to make every stay smooth and memorable. If you have any specific requests, preferences, or need help planning your time in Helsinki, simply let us know — we’re happy to assist.
👉 Send us a message with any questions, or book your stay now to enjoy a stylish top-floor apartment in the very heart of Helsinki.

2) Unauthorised guests will be charged at €40/guest/day.
3) Only the person who booked or is added to the reservation can check-in.
4) Pets are not allowed in the apartment. Unauthorized pets will be charged at €40/pet/day and all extra cleaning costs will be charged to the guest.

11) If not following any of our rules causes us fees or forces us to refund or discount an upcoming guest, the guest will be liable for the costs. Guests can be removed from the property, with no refund, if they violate the house rules.
