Berkley Cottage in Coggeshall, Essex sleeps four guests in four bedrooms.
Berkley Cottage consists of a kitchen with a gas Range-style cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer, and a living/dining room with TV and open fire. The bedrooms consist of two ground-floor rooms a king and twin - this can be a zip link Super-King on request (note: this will reduce the space in this room and the twin room is located off the kitchen) , serviced by a ground-floor shower room with walk-in shower, and a cloakroom. On the first floor there is another shower room with basin and WC, 1 x double bedroom and 1 x twin bedroom. Outside, there is an enclosed rear top garden with lawn, pond, brook, and views, the bottom of the garden is not enclosed. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 0.7 miles. Fuel, power, and starter pack for open fire, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Note: There is a pond in the garden; children and pets must be supervised at all times. Berkley Cottage is a charming base for exploring Coggeshall and the surrounding Essex countryside. There is a good housekeeping bond of GBP 450. Please request the highchair, travel cot and stairgate on booking. Lazy Spa hot tub available on request in the summer (April-September).
