In the heart of the historic district of Trastevere, the apartment is located on the 3rd and top floor of a historic building without elevator. The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people and it's on two floors: on the lower floor there are 2 bedrooms (one double and one with two single beds) ,a living area and a bathroom with shower; you reach the upper floor through a flight of stairs, here you have a second living area with a sofa bed, a kitchen corner with table and chairs, a second small double bedroom and a second bathroom. From here you have access to a romantic small panoramic terrace with amazing view over Trastevere and Gianicolo. Air conditioning and free wi-fi, included.

Tourist tax € 6,00 per person per night for a maximum of 10 days (children less than 10 years are exempt).

We kindly inform our guests that upon check in they will be required to fill a rental contract according to Italian law, leaving their details

The registration of our guests will require to show us their documents in order to comply with Italian rules about safety and tourism

Please make sure no house keys are left in the lock from inside when you are not in the apartment. Forgetting the keys in the lock would make it impossibile to access the apartment and we will need of the intervention of a locksmith that will be charged entirely to you.

In Italy we have a domestic standard voltage allowed which, if exceeded, causes a temporary electrical power outage, therefore we strongly advise all our guests not to use too many devices at the same time. In case electricity is out we might not to be able to intervene immediately but a visit needs to be organized.

This was an excellent property for our family of eight. Plenty of space across two floors, and we loved the rooftop terrace. Trastevere is aloud neighborhood until about 2 or 3 each night. But there's air conditioning that helps drown out the street noise and once out jet lag wore off it wasn't a problem. And what a great location! Very walkable to most sights.

our family of six had a lovely stay in the heart of Trastevere. This is a cool place with a nice terrace but it’s on the third floor so beware if you’re traveling with a lot of luggage. The stairs have a low clearance as well (bumped my head twice and I’m short!). There great restaurants and cafes everywhere and a young crowd (who can get rowdy late into the night!)

Great, central space in Rome and Trastevere. Clean, reasonably priced apartment. Cool and comfy on the inside. I was aware of the steps going up into the apartment - unfortunately it was the last leg of my trip and I struggled with a big suitcase. I knew I would - so don’t bring a big bag if you can help it. Also, there were some very small steps inside - kind of treacherous - but I adapted. And no coffee maker. All the other places I stayed in Rome and Tuscany had them. I loved where this place was located and I would consider staying there again. And i appreciated the communication with the owners. They were excellent.

Magnifique propriété sur deux étages avec terrasse. Les hôtes ont été d une grande aide avec l accompagnement pour l arrivée. La communication était rapide et facile. La location de l appartement est incroyablement bien situé, tout se fait à pieds. Je recommande ce logement à tout le monde, j y reviendrai sans hésiter.

I do not recommend staying here. IF YOU DO TAKE PICTURES OF ANY IMPORPER CONDTIONS UPON ARRIVAL! even if the are not inside the apartment. We had 98.00 euros (over 100 dollars) deducted from our deposit because trash in a common area of the building, which was there when we arrived. the person checking us in must have seen, as we did, on the way to the apartment. Overall, the space was adequate, but not worth the penalty for trash that was near the entrance when we arrived.

As property management intermediary, our role is to apply the procedures established by the property owner and to comply with the condominium regulations. We do not make independent decisions regarding deductions from the security deposit. The charge was applied following the landlord's decision and the building's rules, based on the condition reported after check-out.

i absolutely fell in love with this property. the location couldn't be better. Trastavere is such an incredible area and this apartment puts you in the center of the action - literally a few cobblestone steps will take you to an amazing outdoor dining experience, shops, espresso, gelato, a spritz - everything is so close and convenient. The views from the balcony are so beautiful. I loved watching the streets from the window as they filled late into the night with music and dancing. As other reviews mentioned, it is not a problem as the hum of the AC drowns it out and lulls you to sleep. The apartment was a perfect spot for our home base as we experienced all Rome had to offer - super clean, and comfy beds to rest our heads.

Great location - we were able to walk to all the sights. And definitely a wonderful rooftop view! The 3 bedrooms were nice for our family. I knew the steps up would be a challenge even with carryons and the steps in the apartment are tricky too with short ceiling heights - so be very cautious! Loud location but overall just far enough off the main piazza to be okay. We used a small sound machine and were fine. No coffee in the apartment but you’re in Italy - so get an espresso at a cafe! Really appreciated the washer and AC units.

Todo estaba correcto, es una zona bonita cerca de todo y con ambiente, las habitaciones eran amplias, estaba todo bien limpio, te dejan toallas de baño y pastillas de jabón, el recibimiento fue bueno y agradable.Lo único que puedo puntuar como negativo, es que al estar en el Trastevere se oía mucho jaleo a la hora de dormir (pero es normal porque es una zona da bastante ambiente diurno y nocturno), nos falto alguna sartén y al ser un tercero sin ascensor hay que tener fuerzas de subir escaleras al volver de caminar por Roma todo el dia.
