Villa Auralia is a charming and bright two-story historical villa surrounded by a lemon and orange garden. It sleeps eight people. From Villa Auralia you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and of the island of Capri. Villa Auralia is 600 square meters (6460 square feet). It features two private swimming pools, two private terraces, two private patios, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be approximately 500 meters (550 yards) from the center of Massa Lubrense, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the stop for SITA bus Sant'Agata - Massa Lubrense - Sorrento line at 50 meters (165 feet) and the closest beach (Spiaggia Marina della Lobra) at 1.4 km (roughly 0.9 miles).
You will reach Villa Auralia from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Auralia. If you do have one, you will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. The parking space is suitable for up to ten cars.

The swimming pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 9 meters (30 feet) long, 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. It is an infinity pool and can be heated if requested (additional cost applies -- please enquire with our staff). The area is equipped with sun umbrellas, sun loungers and external showers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea. The pool is open from the beginning of April until the end of October.

The swimming pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 9 meters (30 feet) long, 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas, sun loungers and external showers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a broad view of the garden. The pool is open from the beginning of April until the end of October.
Patio 1
The first patio is 45 square meters (485 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch. It is equipped with tables and chairs. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue and an electric pizza oven. From the patio you will enjoy a charming view of the garden and a side view of the sea.
Patio 2
The second patio is 45 square meters (485 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with tables and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a charming view of the garden.
Garden
The garden is 3000 square meters (32300 square feet). It is partly shaded by a characteristic bougainvillea pergola and by a pergola with a bamboo roof. The garden is equipped with a small sofa, as well as with tables and chairs. In the garden you will find a fitness area equipped with an exercise bike, a treadmill and a fitness bench. From the garden you will enjoy a lovely view of the sea and of the island of Capri. In the garden you will also find an area where vegetables are grown and you will be able to pick up available vegetables according to the season.

The ceiling of the first living room is vaulted. The furnishings are elegant and bright, and include two sofas. In this room you will find a satellite smart TV. The room has a window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. In the living room of Villa Auralia you will find an elevator that will take you to the first floor.

You will be able to enter the second living room from the entrance hall climbing five steps. The ceiling is vaulted. The furnishings are elegant and bright, and include two sofas. The dining table can accommodate 12 guests. In this room you will find a satellite smart TV. The room has a window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. In the living room of Villa Auralia you will find an elevator that will take you to the first floor.
Dining Room 1
You will be able to enter the first dining room from the first living room. The furnishings are bright and cheerful. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. The furnishings include three armchairs. From the dining room you will be able to enter the garden through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Dining Room 2
You will be able to enter the second dining room from the second living room. The ceiling has white exposed wood beams. The furnishings are bright and agreeable. The dining table can accommodate ten guests. From the dining room you will be able to enter a small balcony through a French door. The room has a row of high windows, and is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. Here you will also find a ceiling fan.
Kitchen 1
You will be able to enter the first kitchen from the first dining room. It is equipped with a six-burner induction cooker, an electric oven, an American-style refrigerator with ice-maker, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker and a kettle. From the kitchen two French doors will take you to the first patio and the garden. The kitchen is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
