Accommodates up to 8 guests in four double bedrooms, all with private ensuite bathrooms, air conditioning, and TV.
Includes six bathrooms in total – one ensuite with shower per bedroom, a guest WC on the ground floor, and a full bathroom with bathtub on the lower level.

Construction on the adjacent plot began in late 2024 and is now in its final stages. Any remaining works are limited and may occasionally result in minor daytime noise.
