Designed for both comfort and convenience, the home features a bright open-plan living area, a fully equipped kitchen with gas hobs and dishwasher, and secure underground parking — ideal for city stays or longer lets.
All rooms are on a single level:
• Reception / Kitchen: Generous open-plan layout with dining space, Smart TV, gas hobs, full oven, dishwasher, kettle and toaster.
• Bedroom 1: Double bed with built-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom (shower + bathtub).
• Bedroom 2: Double bed with en-suite shower room.
• Bedroom 3: Double bed adjacent to the main bathroom (shower + bathtub combination).
• Bathrooms: Three in total — two en-suites plus a full family bathroom.
• Parking: Allocated bay in the building’s secure basement garage.
Guest Access:
The apartment utilises a self check-in process, after check-in guests will have access to the entire apartment at all times during their stay.
