Villa Acquamarina is located in the area of Valderice at the foot of the mountain that overlooks the valley, on the top of it is Erice, an ancient medieval village, with its castle and towers.
The villa, has been recently built, it is characterized by a simple, modern style and it reflects the personality of the owners who have designed and structured it.
It spreads over two levels, on the ground floor we find the large and bright living-room with different spaces: dining area, relaxation area and corner office. This space features large windows overlooking the garden, the pool and the open veranda, where you can lunch or stay enjoying the surrounding view.
The kitchen, well-equipped and functional, overlooks the dining area and the covered veranda. On the ground floor there is also a bathroom and the laundry.
The first floor, which is reachable through a staircase is home to the sleeping area and it consists of three double bedrooms and a twin room.
The master bedroom, with en-suite bathroom, is 50 square meters and it is composed of a sleeping area with sea view, wardrobe area and bathroom.
On the first floor there is another bathroom. Additionally, the owners created a very particular and intimate space used as relax and reading area or it can accommodate one more person in a comfortable sofa bed.
Finally, Villa Acquamarina boasts outside, a well-tended and lush garden where is located the private pool.

Rental rules:
Minimum stay: 5 nights in mid and low season; 7 nights from 12/07 to 22/08, changeover day flexible.
The price includes consumption of gas, water, electricity, 1 set of bath towels a head, bed linens.
High chair and cot are available upon request (free of charge).
