Design Home with a Sauna in Trendy Neighborhood

A penthouse featured in interior design magazines, comes with a private sauna and furnished with Finnish design. Next to a tram stop, library and three separate parks. Two metro stations and 24h supermarket within 5 minutes walk. Kallio neighborhood is the trendy part of downtown Helsinki where the artists and hipsters live. A vivid but affordable nightlife is also present on the bars around Kallio. The apartment in the building with an elevator faces the courtyard, making it a quiet place.

Enjoy our home, which we have fully renovated during the last five years. Most of the furniture is Finnish design or self made. The well-equipped kitchen features a combination oven-microwave, stove, and dishwasher. Inside the bathroom, you`ll find a small sauna and a drying washing machine. The private bedroom with a brick wall divides the space from the rest of the apartment. There`s a small workstation in the spacious hallway.

It is expected that after the accommodation the apartment is left in the same condition as when received. Otherwise a minimum charge of 70 € is collected plus the actual costs of the cleaning. Any damage occurring during the accommodation are to be fully charged. No smoking is allowed in the premises.

Please note that when using sauna, the space is compact and the sauna must never be left without attendance in the apartment when heating and you must ensure it has cooled down after using. There is an additional 5 euro fee per usage.

There is a designated smoking area in the building`s courtyard. In Finland we don’t wear shoes indoors so we would kindly request you respect that. Silence 9 PM - 7 AM. No partys and no guest.
