Farmhouse with exclusive swimming pool, divided into 5 apartments, sleeping 20 people in 10 double bedrooms, 5 complete bathrooms, 3 service bathrooms and 1 service bathroom in the pool area. Guests can access 5 equipped kitchens, a dining area for 12 people, a garden equipped with a built-in barbecue and an outdoor dining area for the entire group. The farmhouse is equipped with air conditioning, mosquito nets, heating, wi-fi internet connection, 1 baby bed, 1 high chair and private parking inside the property.
Outdoor and Swimming pool
Borgo Casorelle, surrounded by greenery, enjoys an extraordinary panorama of the surrounding countryside full of olive groves and vineyards. In the lower part of the garden there is the rectangular in-ground swimming pool measuring 12x6 with a depth of 1.60 meters. The paved solarium area develops around it, equipped with umbrellas, sunbeds, two external showers, two gazebos, a service bathroom (toilet and sink). Around the farmhouse there is a garden of approximately 920 m2 equipped with a built-in barbecue, table and chairs for the entire group in the shade of two majestic pine trees. Furthermore, a beach umbrella is available in front of each of the four apartments, while the "Torre" apartment has a garden, entirely fenced with wire mesh, hedges and gate, equipped with a gazebo.
Guests can take walks throughout the entire property (approximately 5 hectares) surrounded by approximately 2,000 olive trees. All outdoor areas are well maintained and cared for. An entrance that is always open leads inside of the property, where the private parking is.

The entire property (about 450 m2), divided into five townhouse apartments, has been renovated preserving details of Tuscan architecture, such as the stone walls and wooden beams, but has also been equipped with mosquito nets, air conditioning and independent entrances to offer maximum comfort and autonomy to its guests.
“La Tinaia” apartment, with entrance on the left side of the farmhouse, going down two steps, opens onto a kitchen, connected via two steps to a service bathroom (toilet, bidet and sink), a storage room and a living room with TV and access to a terrace equipped with table and chairs, which can also be reached from the kitchen. From here, an internal staircase (14 steps) leads to the first floor characterized by a double bedroom with a canopy bed and access to a small private garden with table and chairs located in front of the car park, a bathroom with shower and, going down 3 steps, a bedroom with two beds (which can be pushed together).
The “la Coppaia” apartment opens on the ground floor onto a living room with TV, a bathroom (toilet, bidet and sink), a kitchen. Going up an internal staircase (18 steps) we access the first floor characterized by a double bedroom with a canopy bed and, via two steps, a bedroom with two beds (which can be joined together), a bathroom with shower.
Apartment "Il Granaio" opens on the ground floor onto a living room with TV, a kitchen, a storage room. Going up an internal staircase (16 steps) we access the first floor characterized by a double bedroom with canopy bed and walk-in wardrobe, a bathroom with shower and, via 2 steps, a bedroom with two beds (which can be joined together).
Apartment “I Caratelli” opens on the ground floor onto a living room with TV, bathroom (toilet, bidet and sink) and, via 2 steps, a kitchen with table for 12 people and access to the outside. Going up an internal staircase (16 steps) we access the first floor characterized by a bedroom with two beds (which can be joined), via 2 steps, a double bedroom with a canopy bed, a bathroom with shower. These last three apartments have small gardens communicating with each other, equipped with tables and chairs.
“La Torre” apartment opens on the ground floor onto a living room with TV, a kitchen with small fridge, a storage room with fridge and freezer. Going up an internal staircase (13 steps) we access the first floor characterized by a bedroom with two beds (which can be pushed together) without air conditioning, a bathroom with shower and, via an internal staircase (12 steps) we access the second floor with a double bedroom. This last apartment is particularly suitable for welcoming your pet because it has a private garden, entirely fenced (about 350 m2).
Near the reception of the property, in a separate room, there is a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, dryer, sink, ironing board and iron.

The farmhouse, together with Villa Uliveta and Villa Il Fienile, is part of a village in a hilly position, overlooking the splendid surrounding countryside, an ideal place for relaxing walks.
