The space
Enter into a calm foyer where subtle coastal accents and natural light welcome you and lead you into the open living spaces.

The living area is bright and inviting, with generous glazing offering panoramic sea views, plush seating, a large smart TV and seamless flow onto the balcony - perfect for relaxing or gathering.

A sleek, well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances, ample counter space and a dining table for six make cooking and entertaining effortless. Glass doors open to the balcony so you can dine with sea air and sweeping views.

The highlight of the property is the impressive 34-foot open-plan master suite, combining a spacious living area, kitchenette with fridge, sink and tea-making facilities, and a private en-suite for the ultimate in luxury. Flooded with natural light from three oversized Velux windows, the room enjoys sweeping views across the bay. The second bedroom features two plush single beds with direct access to the balcony, while the third bedroom is beautifully appointed with a sumptuous king-size bed.

There are two bathrooms, while the master suite offers it's own private ensuite with the added luxury of a sauna.

The enclosed balcony stretches straight from the living area. It's your front-row seat to sunrises, sea breezes and sundowners - a calm outdoor retreat above the beach.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 70 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £500 to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive the requirement.
