This apartment is centrally located on a lively and vibrant street with many bars and restaurants. All major attractions are within walking distance or easily accessible by tram.

Verification check: submit selfie with ID and if necessary the proof of the purpose of your stay. This is to ensure no illegal activities in our premises.

The bedroom is located at the rear of the apartment, making it very quiet.

Important: As part of your Dutch-stairs experience, please note that this apartment, located in a traditional Gentlemen`s building, has steep and narrow stairs with no elevator. Please consider your safety when going up and down the stairs. Good stamina is required to carry your luggage.

Guests will receive a check-in email upon booking, which includes the check-in procedure. Each guest is provided with a unique code that can be used to access the locker by the front door. Inside the locker, you will find the house key. A €15 key deposit is included in the total security deposit. If you lose the key, please contact us by phone for assistance.

We will not be physically present when you arrive at the apartment. You will receive detailed information about the check-in procedure one day before your arrival. You can reach us 24/7 by phone (call twice in case of direct voicemail) or through the Airbnb chat.

Tram station is 2 minutes wolk from the apartment.

Parking
The apartment is located right in the center of Rotterdam in a bustling street.
You can park in the street or in the public garage on the Hartmanstraat APCOA PARKING in the neighborhood, both for a fee at the machine.
The fee for the Parking garage is €28,00 per day.

Directions
From the Airport Rotterdam the Hague take the bus number 33 to Rotterdam Central Station.
Than tram number 7 to stop Meuseumpark.
Walk 5 minutes to the partment.

You have neighbors above, beside, and below you, so please be considerate of each other. The apartment is located on a busy nightlife street, so please be mindful of potential noise disturbances.

Parties, gatherings and drug use is strictly prohibited within our premises.
• Smoking is NOT permitted anywhere within the premises except outdoor areas. If this rule is broken, a fee of €250 will be charged.
• Be considerate to the neighborhood community and neighbours.
• For any stains or damages made during your stay, additional charges will be applicable for cleaning or replacement.
• Please keep the volume to a minimum from 22:00 – 09:00.
• Strictly no parties or loud music.
• Furniture must be placed back in its original position upon departure. If housekeeping needs to move it, a €100 fee will be charged.
• Do not drill or stick items to walls or surfaces.
• Losing a key will result in an additional fee of €50.
