With a size of 140 m², the property accommodates up to six guests across three welcoming bedrooms, one with a double bed and the others each with two single beds. Four bathrooms, thoughtfully arranged with bath or shower, bathrobes, slippers, and complimentary toiletries, ensure comfort and privacy for every guest. The villa has been carefully designed with simplicity and earthy tones, creating a harmonious environment that opens onto views of the pool, gardens, and the inner courtyard.



The living areas feature a spacious lounge, a dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances including a coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, stovetop, microwave, and washing machine. Large windows flood the interiors with natural light and allow for a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor spaces. The villa’s private terrace and balcony overlook the pool and landscaped gardens, providing the ideal setting for long summer evenings. Guests will particularly enjoy the private swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols, complemented by a barbecue and outdoor dining area, creating the perfect backdrop for al fresco meals.



Villa Thalassaia maintains a strict non-smoking policy and does not allow hen, stag, or similar parties. Guests under 18 may only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of €300 is required upon arrival, collected either in cash or by card, and refunded in full after departure subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property. There are no additional compulsory costs beyond this deposit unless guests opt for extra services, which can be arranged on request.
