The studio features a comfortable double bed with a COCO-MAT mattress and linens, combined with earthy-toned fabrics that create a warm and relaxing atmosphere. A large smart TV is mounted opposite the bed, while the fully equipped kitchenette includes a microwave, fridge, kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, and all essential utensils. The wooden counter serves as both a dining table and a workspace, paired with two comfortable chairs. On the side, an open wardrobe with a metal frame and wooden shelves provides practical storage. The bathroom is modern, with a spacious mirror, stylish sink, LED lighting, and shelves stocked with towels. Guests are also provided with Zealots toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, and hand soap) powered by COCO-MAT. Each room has its own individual Daikin air-conditioning unit for maximum comfort. The studio’s window overlooks the back area of the building, ensuring peace and quiet away from the city noise.

The apartment is located at 18 Komninon Street, corner with Tsimiski, on the 1st floor of a building with an elevator. Access to both the building entrance and the shared hallway of the rooms is through the same system, using a QR code or access code. Outside each room, you will find a keybox with the apartment keys, which you can collect using a specific code provided.
