This charming one-bedroom garden flat in Chelsea offers a peaceful retreat in one of London’s most desirable neighbourhoods. Perfectly positioned between Fulham Broadway and West Brompton tube stations, with Earl’s Court also nearby, you’ll enjoy easy access across the city while being moments from Chelsea’s boutique shops, cafés, and leafy streets. We recommend a stroll through Brompton Cemetery and dinner at the much-loved La Famiglia - or for a Sunday roast, The Fox & Pheasant is a local favourite.
Enter down a few steps from street level into the bright sitting room, furnished with a comfortable sofa, TV, and a single futon bed for an additional guest if required. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, and coffee machine (please note there is no dishwasher). A dining table seats four guests, with French doors opening onto a generous patio garden with outdoor seating - perfect for relaxing with a morning coffee or evening drink.
At the back of the flat is the double bedroom which looks out onto the patio, offering a calm and restful atmosphere. Storage for this room is provided in a cupboard in the sitting room. The bathroom is a generous size, featuring a shower over bath, sink, and loo. For added convenience, a washer and dryer are tucked away next to the entrance.
