This charming 193 m² three-bedroom apartment in Vila Nova de Gaia is the perfect retreat for families and friends seeking comfort, convenience, and a memorable stay.
Located on the third floor and accessible by lift, the apartment blends innovative design with homely warmth.
The spacious living room offers a comfortable sofa, a TV for enjoying your favourite shows, and a dining table for shared meals. From here, step onto the private balcony, complete with seating areas where you can relax while admiring the stunning views.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, and all essential cookware and cutlery.
The property includes three well-appointed bedrooms. Two feature queen-sized beds, one of which has its own ensuite bathroom for added privacy, while the third bedroom offers a cosy double bed. All are dressed in complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.
There are three bathrooms in total, each fully stocked with clean towels and complimentary toiletries to ensure a hassle-free stay.
Guests also have access to shared facilities within the residence, including a swimming pool and a tennis court, perfect for both relaxation and recreation. And with the beach right in front of the property, you can enjoy the best of seaside living just steps from your door.

Just steps away, you will find the Vila Nova de Gaia boardwalk, a beautiful coastal path that is perfect for walking and enjoying the fresh sea air. The nearby Lavadores Beach is a wonderful spot to spend the day by the ocean, and the surrounding area offers a variety of restaurants and cafés where you can enjoy fresh meals with a view of the sea.
Getting around is simple, as there are several bus stops within walking distance, such as Canidelo Camping, Mar à Vista, and Rampa de Sub Ribas. Bus lines connect the area to the rest of Vila Nova de Gaia and Porto, making it easy to explore the region.
For everyday convenience, there are grocery stores close by, along with smaller local shops.
This location is perfect for guests who want to enjoy both the natural beauty of the coast and the vibrant attractions of the city.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.
The nearest bus stop, Canidelo Camping, is just a 5-minute walk.
Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 25-minute drive from the property.
This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
