Welcome to my home!
This delightful 130 m² two-storey property offers a warm and comfortable retreat, ideal for families or friends seeking a memorable stay in the city. Designed in a modern and charming style, its large windows fill the space with natural light, creating a peaceful and inviting atmosphere.
On the ground floor, the living area features a cosy sitting space with a TV for relaxing evenings and a dining area for shared meals. The open-concept kitchen is perfect for socialising while cooking, equipped with everything you need — oven, cooking plate, microwave, coffee maker, and essential cookware.
This floor includes three bedrooms: one with a comfortable queen bed and ample storage, another with two cosy single beds, and a third with a double bed, a spacious wardrobe, and a private bathroom. A shared bathroom in the hallway offers fresh towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries for added comfort.
Upstairs, the fourth bedroom includes a lovely double bed, generous storage, and a private ensuite bathroom. From here, guests can access the beautiful rooftop terrace — the perfect spot to enjoy the breeze and a morning coffee.
Outside, the property opens onto a charming garden terrace with a swimming pool and barbecue area, ideal for sharing meals, relaxing, and enjoying the sunset.
The property is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Located in the coastal town of Esmoriz, this area perfectly balances seaside relaxation and local charm. Known for its long sandy beaches and natural dunes, it’s a great destination for those who love the ocean, surfing, and peaceful walks by the shore. The town maintains an authentic Portuguese atmosphere, with welcoming locals, traditional cafés, and small restaurants serving delicious regional dishes.
Beyond the beach, visitors can enjoy the beauty of the nearby Barrinha de Esmoriz lagoon, an ideal spot for nature walks and birdwatching. With easy access to Porto and Aveiro, Esmoriz is a wonderful base for exploring the northern coast of Portugal while still offering the tranquillity of a beachside retreat.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.
The nearest train station, Esmoriz train station, is just a 4-minute drive or a 26-minute walk.
Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 38-minute drive from the property.
This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
