If you want to live like a local, discover the culture, taste local cuisine and move outside of the touristic spots, this is the place for you. Due to its ideal position you can be downtown in 15 min. It is a very beautiful, quiet and safe neighborhood with a lot of stores (supermarkets, bakeries, cafes, restaurants, pharmacies, banks etc) that will cover every need. Enjoy your coffee and dessert at the cafes, dine in restaurants among locals, shop at the open market fresh fruits and vegetables.

Ma Maison "2" is an apartment located in Ano Patissia district, right in the heart of Athens. This is the right place if you want to discover the city. It is consisted by one bedroom, one spacious bathroom, a kitchen and one very big living room connected with the kitchen.

•Strong WIFI-high speed internet for you,
•Centralized heat/cold air system connected through channels which you control remotely,
•Centralized Solar water heater system for immediate and continuous use of hot water plus an individual electric water heater for emergency situations,
•Security door, smoke and carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher, first aid kit,
•Big balcony with beautiful surroundings and quiet. The 20m² balcony has 2 comfortable chairs so you can relax and enjoy your breakfast or wine. For an even better experience you can lift the motorized tent and enjoy the garden and the little church just a breath away,
•Comfortable Italian design sofa with 4 movable pillows which can be transformed into a double bed and a flat 32inch tv with a cable tv (nova) and a lot of free satellite channels plus a radio cd player. All of the above can be enjoyed in a relaxing atmosphere with the help of the led spot lighting,
•Modern kitchen with electrical appliances such as fridge with freezer, oven with hobs, coffee machines (nespresso and filter), toaster, boiler, juice extractor. There are pots and cutleries, dishes, glasses, teapot, coffee kit and also coffee (nespresso and filter), sugar, tea (special kinds of Greece),
•Bathroom which has a shower cabin with a hydromassage, hairdryer with extra 110 volts inlet
•Bedroom with a double bed with anatomic mattress, pillows and all weather quilt. There is a large closet with hangers for your clothes and personal items.
•The breakfast consists of coffees (espresso and filter), various kinds of teas, drinking chocolate, chamomille, wheat rusks, butter and greek honey.
For health and safety reasons smoking is permitted only on the balcony which as you can see is very spacious and comfortable. Thank you for your cooperation.

We can arrange your VIP transportation from and to the airport/port for you with our new luxury shuttle. This way, you will not have to deal with anything. Just sit back and enjoy your trip. We will prepare everything for you. Our associate will pick you up from the airport/port, take you to our home, carry your luggage inside and show you everything you need to know about our home.

You can also come very easily from the airport through Metro network (10€ fare). Thera is also a direct link through the Metro network from the port of Piraeus. The Metro is at 200 meters from the apartment. If you decide to take a taxi you will need 40 minutes from/to the airport and 30 minutes from/to the port of Piraeus. 

If you have a car then the National Highway is 500 meters away with easy access to both directions (North and South) while Acharnon and Patission streets (500 meters range) will take you downtown in 10 minutes.
You will need about 15 minutes to get anywhere in the historical center. Acharnon and Patission streets are 500 meters from home. From there, buses leave on a very frequent base for Monastiraki, Thissio and Constitution Square as well as to North (Kifissia) and South (Piraeus). The daily travel card for all means of transportation costs 4.10€ and the five-day card costs 8.20€ which we can supply on your behalf upon request.
