Experience an elegant retreat situated in the heart of a historic village in North Lincolnshire. Our four warm rooms are ripe with natural beauty a stones throw away converting a wide array of local offerings from tea rooms to traditional pubs and numerous restaurants Two real fireplaces and elongated sofa exude luxury with spacious living room and kitchen with real brick features and stunning dining room. Rainfall showers with walk in wet room. Premium linens and personalised details ensure a touch of elegance.
Peaceful bedrooms situated quietly just 100m from the heart of the village square with every detail signature to a comfortable, village stay. Enjoy the entire home for your stay for up to 7 guests including pets if required.
Living Area
The house contains a contemporary flare of modern art and spacious open kitchen and living room. The downstairs space is a secluded sanctuary available to cook intimate dinners and lounge on our elongated sofa with large flat screen. A stunning dinning area situated next to a log fireplace and snuggle seat is also available with bright natural lighting from multiple sky lights and French doors looking to over the garden. We aim to meet your convenience so please let us know for any special requests, nothing is too much. The kitchen offers a wide selection of cooking appliances, serving dishes and utensils for your use.
The first bedroom is furnished with luxury furniture and fittings to provide an elegant retreat with king sized cast iron bed and natural Egyptian cotton linens. Two skylights can provide a large uninterrupted view of the night sky whilst lying in bed, but concealed behind blackout blinds when it's time to close those eyes. The very large ensuite bathroom provides a walk in shower with rainfall shower and freestanding Egg bath with views of the sky provided whilst indulging in that long soak.
The second bedroom is furnished with luxury linen and practical furniture to ensure a peaceful nights rest in a natural green, flower theme. The third larger room utilises contemporary design with a desk area and large floor space.
The second bathroom entices a modern and large wet room style rainfall shower. Fresh towels are available for your stays comfort.
Close access to countryside walks and hikes with private garden. Discover the Isle and its offerings in your own time.
Private parking is available on site to the front of the house with safe parking also available on the street. Electric charging points are available 100m down the road at the main car park to the village, availability dependant.
