The Space:

This two-bedroom apartment combines comfortable living with the character of a traditional Belfast setting, making it a convenient base for a city break or longer stay.



The apartment has two bedrooms: one with a king-size bed and the other with a double bed. The separate living area provides a comfortable place to relax, with a sofa and flat-screen TV, while the dining area gives you space to enjoy meals together.



The kitchen is well equipped for self-catering, with an oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and kitchenware. A washing machine is also provided.



You'll also have free WiFi, a dedicated desk/workspace and practical storage throughout the apartment.



Guest Access:

You'll have exclusive use of the entire two-bedroom apartment throughout your stay.



The property operates with self-check-in, so there is no reception or staff member to meet you on arrival. Clear access instructions will be provided before your stay once the required online check-in process has been completed.



Please note that the apartment is accessed via stairs and there is no lift in the building.

University Street is at the heart of Belfast's Queen's Quarter, one of the city's most popular neighbourhoods for cafés, restaurants, bars and independent businesses.



Botanic Avenue is just a short walk away, with plenty of places to eat, enjoy a coffee or head out for the evening. Queen's University is nearby, while Botanic Gardens and the Ulster Museum provide quieter places to explore and relax.



The Belfast Empire Music Hall is just a few minutes away on foot, making the location particularly convenient for guests attending concerts and events. Belfast city centre is approximately 20 minutes away on foot.



Getting Around:

The apartment is well positioned for exploring Belfast without needing a car.



Botanic Avenue, Queen's University, Botanic Gardens, the Ulster Museum and Belfast Empire Music Hall are all within easy walking distance. Belfast city centre is approximately a 20-minute walk away.



Botanic Train Station is nearby, while regular bus services operate from the surrounding streets, providing convenient connections to other parts of Belfast and beyond.



On-street parking may be available in the surrounding area, but spaces are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

The minimum age for guests is 25, unless the booking is for a family.



After booking, the booker must complete our 2-part online check-in form. This includes providing valid photo ID for all adult guests and a payment method for the £250 security deposit pre-authorisation. The pre-authorisation is a temporary hold rather than a payment.



The apartment is located in a residential building, so guests are asked to respect neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, particularly during the evening and overnight.



Please note that the apartment is accessed via stairs and there is no lift in the building. Parties and events are not permitted, and quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am.
