About this space
Tucked away in a quiet side street off the bustling Dublin Road you can enjoy all the peace and quiet you want yet are mere steps from some of the best bars and restaurants in the city.
With Queens Uni just 5 minutes walk in one direction and City Hall just 5 minutes walk in the other you really are in the perfect location for your trip!
The space
Overview
Having lived in Belfast for many years, we are well placed to offer a recommendation for pretty much anything so please ask!
We believe Belfast is one of the great underrated European cities and if you leave with positive thoughts of our city, we will consider it a job well done :)
Location
Located just off the Dublin Road, you really will be perfectly placed for whatever brings you to Belfast. The main bus and train station is a five minute walk, as is Queens University and the city centre. There are many bars and restaurants on the Dublin Road and Botanic Avenue and we particularly recommend The Points for some great live Irish music and Guinness and Thai Village for some great authentic Thai food. As our apartment is located in a quiet side street, you will not be affected by any noise.
Even though you can walk pretty much everywhere we also offer free parking if needed!
The Apartment
Extensive renovations and no expense spared in an effort to offer guests one of the city's most premier apartments. Beautiful wooden flooring throughout | a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, waffle maker, Tassimo coffee machine and full baking/cooking supplies | living room with plush sofa bed, crystal clear 55 inch, 4k UHD freeview tv and feature staging area | 2 stunning bedrooms (one double and one king and one with bedside tables wireless charging facilities) | and the piece de resistance - the stunning bathroom with secret lighting and a Bluetooth enabled mirror (you will think you are in a spa!)
Other things to note
*No parties, excess noise, or additional guests without permission at any time.
We have to be very strict on this due to the proximity of our neighbors. If you feel you cannot adhere to this please do not book as we may cancel your stay without any refund once discovered*
*If intending to use the sofa bed please let us know in advance so we can prepare linen for it, thank you*
*Gift basket pictured is for our first guests!!*
Additional rules
Check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am. A charge will be applied for unauthorised late checkout or early check in.
Smoking is strictly forbidden. A fine of £300 will be charged when discovered.
No extra guests are allowed in the property at any time without prior permission and no parties/loud music allowed. We are very conscious of being in a residential area and any violation of either rule will result in immediate cancellation of stay without refund.
Please be careful not to leave anything behind when you checkout! A separate company deals with shipping lost property and fees apply for shipping and handling.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
