40 Water Lane, a cottage over three floors, consists of a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, air fryer, kettle, toaster, and original beams, and a living/dining room with gas stove, dining seating for four, TV, sofa, and armchair. The bedrooms consist of 1 x second-floor double, 1 x family room (with a double and single). There is a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed rear stepped garden with patio and furniture, beautiful countryside views, and off-road parking for one car. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Sorry, no smoking.
