This two bedroom cottage is located on the outskirts of Axminster and can sleep 3 guests. Upside down layout with far reaching views.
The Granary consists of an upside-down layout with a spacious open-plan living area on the first floor, featuring a breakfast bar, dining table, lounge seating, Smart TV , Wifi and a well-equipped kitchen including an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge , small freezer.
The ground floor includes two bedrooms: one king-size and one single, both light and airy. These are serviced by a contemporary bathroom with a shower over bath, basin, and WC.
Outside, guests have access to a shared garden with outdoor furniture, bordered by colourful planting and offering far-reaching views across open farmland. The property is served by a private water supply.
WiFi, electricity, heating, bed linen and towels are all included. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Off-road parking available. Guests can find a shop and pub within 1 mile, and the beaches of Lyme Regis and Charmouth within 7 miles.
Local attractions include Lyme Regis with its family-friendly beach, the historic Cobb harbour, and restaurants such as Swim and Rockfish. Charmouth is ideal for fossil hunting and home to the Charmouth Heritage Coast Centre offering guided walks and interactive exhibits. The South West Coast Path and surrounding countryside provide excellent walking opportunities. Millers Farm Shop is nearby for fresh local produce and essentials.
