Radium is a ground-floor apartment with one king-size bedroom with a child’s bed and a bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin, and WC. The open-plan living space includes a kitchen, dining area, and sitting area, along with a utility room.

The apartment offers gas central heating, an electric oven and grill, a gas hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine/tumble dryer, and a dishwasher. There is a TV, WiFi, DVD player, and CD player.

Fuel, power, bed linen, towels, and a highchair are included in the rent. There is off-road parking for one car, though caution is advised for larger vehicles due to the narrow passageway (approximately 1.9m wide) with a challenging 'kink' halfway through. There is a small patio area with a garden bench. Three well-behaved dogs welcome. Smoking is not permitted.

The nearest shop and pub are both 0.1 miles away. A sofa bed is available in the open-plan living space, suitable for one person; please request this at the time of booking. Make memories at Radium.
