Welcome to your perfect London getaway!
This spacious and beautifully furnished home in the heart of South West London is the ideal spot for families, friends, or anyone looking to enjoy the city while having a comfortable retreat to come back to.
A bright, welcoming living room right by the entrance – the perfect place to sink into the sofa and relax after a day exploring the city.
A cozy basement lounge and playroom, complete with comfy sofas, a Smart TV, and even a stationary bike if you’d like to keep up with your fitness routine. Adjacent to this space, you’ll find a laundry room and a convenient extra toilet.
A spacious kitchen and dining area designed for social meals and memorable gatherings. The large dining table easily hosts everyone, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: a large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and all the essentials to cook and serve lovely meals.
Four beautiful bedrooms and three bathrooms are located upstairs:
The master bedroom features a king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe, and a private en-suite with a shower.
Three comfortable double bedrooms, each with plenty of wardrobe space. One of these, tucked into the charming attic, also comes with its own en-suite bathroom.
When the sun is shining, step into the private back garden, where a cozy outdoor sofa makes it the perfect spot for evening drinks or a peaceful morning coffee.
Location couldn’t be better. Just a 5-minute walk takes you to Balham Station, where the Northern Line and National Rail whisk you into Central London in around 20 minutes. You’ll also find plenty of buses to explore nearby gems like Wimbledon, Brixton (for lively nights out), and beyond.
Whether you’re here to explore London or simply relax in comfort, this home has everything you need for a memorable stay.
Guests will have the entire apartment to themselves.
Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am.
Please note that a fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys--please be careful with them.
My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners and soap.
Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned, and professionally cleaned linens and toiletries are guaranteed. 24/7 guest support is also available before and during your stay.
The local community-based Pass the Keys® team personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys® Property Readiness Standard.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
