Wir nennen unser Haus das "Sunset House", weil die Sonnenuntergänge vom Balkon des Hauptschlafzimmers spektakulär sind und Sie jeden Abend eine Zeit reservieren möchten, um sich im mehrfarbigen Schein zu sonnen. BITTE LESEN SIE UNSERE BEWERTUNGEN. Für das Geld finden Sie keinen besseren Ort! Wir haben kürzlich viele Annehmlichkeiten im Haus aktualisiert. Außerdem befindet sich der "Pin" nicht an der richtigen Stelle. Wir sind nicht in der Innenstadt von Playa Coco, sondern auf einer Klippe mit Blick auf die Stadt und die Coco Bay. Wir befinden uns in Los Altos de Cacique, einer privaten Anlage zwischen Coco und Playa Hermosa.

Wir sind sicher, Sie werden nirgendwo einen besseren Wert finden. Wir haben eine Qualität 2200 m² Haus mit Preisen besser als lokale Qualität Hotels. Je nach Saison können wir bei Aufenthalten von mehr als 10 Tagen 8%, bei Aufenthalten von mehr als 30 Tagen 15% - 20% gewähren.

2) Kurze Fahrt mit dem Auto zu 3 schönen Stränden

4) Top-Management, das seit Jahren dort lebt und fließend Englisch, Spanisch und Französisch spricht. Er kann Sie bei allem unterstützen, was Sie möchten

5) Unsere sichere Lage in Los Altos de Cacique ist ausgezeichnet. Monkeys oft durch zu kommen. Jedes Haus ist Brauch. Große Restaurants sind 5 Minuten entfernt.

6) 40 Minuten vom ausgezeichneten Surfen in Tamarindo. Eine Seilrutsche ist nur 25 Minuten vom Haus entfernt. Ein schöner Wasserfall / Schwimmbereich ist ca. 35 Minuten entfernt.

7) Wir sind 5 Minuten zwischen dem Nachtleben, guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und guten Restaurants in Playa del Coco und einem wunderschönen "Blue Star" Strand und eleganten Restaurants in Playa Hermosa.

Geat sunset views. On hill overlooking Coco beach. Nice pool. Extremely well equipped kitchen. OK showers. Washer and dryer worked. AC adequeate but noisy. House is for sale and needs some work. For example, none of the windows or patio doors lock and a piece of wood is used to secure the panes. The host instructions are to leave nothing ofvalue visible because of petty crime; though I never felt worried about the area, it would have taken no effort to open these panels. Pool light ishanging from a cord; thankfulky it does not seem to be connected to power. Manager ( Francisco) is always helpful.

Thanks for the note Jeff. I'm glad you had a good time. Did you tell Francisco about the light in the pool? It is not true that none of the doors or windows lock. The front door has a dead bolt. The upstairs sliding door, which opens to a high balcony, does not lock, but all the others do. The wooden dowels in the door frames and windows to prevent entry are for safety. There have been a number of burglaries in the general Playa Hermosa area, and we do not want anything like that happening to any of our guests. The problem is getting parts for the four foot sliding doors. The house is 20 years old and you can't get them anymore and there's really no place to buy four foot sliders. It's important to understand that we underprice our house for the quality of our view, the location, and the general amenities. If the house was brand new, then we would charge quite a bit more.

This is a great house. We loved our stay. The kitchen is fully stocked, we actually made it a game looking for something that wasn’t there, couldn’t find anything. It’s conveniently located close to Playa Coco, and about a 40 minute drive from Liberia airport.

Beautiful view

The infinity pool is the star of this house! It has a gorgeous view and gets sun most of the day. The water temp was perfect. The patio has a table to enjoy the view with your meals and chairs to just relax when you're not in the pool. It's close to both playa hermosa and playas del coco.

JC, Thank you for your note. I'm sorry about the leak in the pool. I had no clue that it was happening. I'm glad you mentioned it because this is an important note for anybody reading this review. When JC noticed the pool was low , he attempted to fill it with the hose. Unfortunately, in Costa Rica, houses do not have water on demand. Instead, water is pushed to fill our tanks that are buried in our yard once per day. We have a pump and a pressure tank to bring it into the house or to the hose bib. So when water is used to fill a pool, it will empty the tanks and then no water is available for the house. This is why we emphasize that if there is an issue with the house, to please call me or our property manager to get it resolved. JC, if you return to costa rica and want to stay in our area I would offer a ten percent discount to make up for the poor situation. Best Tom Paine

Sunset House was everything we expected!

Everything from booking to staying to leaving was perfect. Francisco the property manager was extremely accommodating from giving us all the info to get there to setting up our airport shuttle to and from to meeting us when we arrived and helped us very much as we were leaving. The one comment my wife had was the somewhat dated master bedroom bed but we still slept on it perfectly comfortable. Thank you Francisco and owners!!

Easy to get to, check process super easy, house was clean. Owner was super flexible, and was very attentive. Lots of extras especially w beach gear that came in handy. So many great and remote beaches nearby. Loved them and the view!

Such a lovely view!

This was a great location between Coco and Hermosa and the view really is amazing. The process was smooth, organized and Bernie was helpful and responsive. The house was comfortable and had the basics we needed. Very quiet spot if you are looking to relax and easy to get to all the fun stuff in the area.

Amazing view!!

The house was great, a little echo-y so if you're hard if hearing it's hard to hear 😁 beware of the time of year you are visiting, we stayed the end of March and the mountains were very dry and controlled burning was going on so the sky always had a haze of smoke. The pool was wonderful, neighbors nice and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Glad you had a good time. Yes, that is something often people do not realize about the west coast of Costa Rica. It is dry for 6 months before it's green again in June or July. On the other hand it makes the sunsets more spectacular.

Wonderful stay in Coco

Wonderful view and pool, the ice maker in the fridge was a great bonus! Francisco was great to deal with made sure we had everything we needed. The outdoor furniture could be upgraded as well as master bed mattress. Definitely need a vehicle, property is close to Coco Beach but up a very steep hill. Views were amazing and overall a great stay.

This property is stunning. Best views in Playa del Coco, especially of sunsets over the bay. Incredible infinity pool. Very comfortable house. Wow. Not sure where to start. 1. EZ to find and great management communication 2. My teenage daughter is a runner and non US destinations make me nervous. This place was one of the only with sidewalks in the town and the area felt very safe. 3. Great views. Kids loved the pool and we loved the scenery. 4. stay here!

Beautiful views.

This was our first trip to beautiful Costa Rica. The sunset house gave a great location to base our activities. The pool was lovely. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc... Bernie, the house manager, is fantastic. We never went without and Bernie helped us set up our fishing trip. Great guy, great house.... we will be back.

My daughter took this photo of me surfing for the first time in Tamarindo. The greatest thing about visiting my place in Costa Rica is the feeling of serenity. Of course there's much to do. At the same time, after a short period, one feels the tranquility of the country. I promise, it's hard to leave after just a week or so.

It was a bit of good fortune. A friend recommended the area and when visiting we were directed to the 'private' beaches that are part of Los Altos de Cacique. The water was so clear and warm with abundant fish that we decided, on the spot, to buy a house we had found in the development that was 60% completed. It took a bit of doing but we are extremely happy with how things turned out.
