Summer: the average air temperature must not be set below 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The activation period and daily usage limit depend on the climate zone defined by law.

In case of incorrect waste disposal in compliance with the rules that will be explained to you at check-in, a penalty of € 150 will be charged.

The accommodation is strategically located, close to the main services: supermarket, pharmacy, bar, and restaurant.
