Casa Cabet Nova offers is a well-integrated holiday home with the golf course as only neighbour and it is some level below the house. Besides that, you only see wooded mountains, which is actually amazing, as the nearest town and the train station is only 5 km. away. Here you can also access the AP-7 motorway, making excursions to Girona (40 minutes), Barcelona (50 minutes) and the beaches of Costa Daurada (35 minutes) very easy. Obviously, there are also some very nice walks in the natural surroundings.

The house is perfect for both relaxation and active holiday. For the more relaxed persons, just enjoy the view to the mountains from the very nice pool area and the terrace, and have cold drink while preparing the dinner on the barbecue, or take the short walk down to the nearby restaurant.. If you like the beach, head down to the beach in Arenys de Mar 30 minutes away to relax and to have a swim in the Mediteranean Sea.

If you are more active, the amazing thing is that you will have both a pitch-and-put golf course and a padel in walking distance. You can also make some nice hikes directly from the house, and for the bicycle interested, the location is perfect both for some challenging routs in the mountains and also some less advanced roads.

Then of course, Barcelona is also easy to visit. You can drive there in a bit less than 1 hour, or take the train from the local train station, and arriving directly to the city centre in Placa de Catalunya or Passeig de Gracias in 1 hour 15 minutes! In the other direction, we can recommend Girona, which can be reached in 40 minutes. If you like to shop, the La Roca Village Outlet is situated only 20 minutes away.

Great outdoor area:
The house has a perfect layout with the pool area and chill-out area with sofas as well as the barbecue in one end, and an outdoor eating area facing the golf course on the side of the house. Inside, the dining/common room has direct access to the pool area and to the other side, you find the well-equipped kitchen.

The interior layout:
The house has a very nice and very large common room with a long dining table in one end and then a big sofa corner. Big double doors give both view to- and access to the pool area.

The kitchen is right next to it, so you can from the kitchen easily get to the dining area, the outdoor terrace area with view over the golf course and to the pool area. The kitchen is very well equipped with 2 fridges, stove, hotplates, dishwasher, Nespresso, microwave, toaster etc. Also, there is a smaller dining area, ideal for breakfast.

Two aisles distribute the bedrooms. The bedrooms are basic in their design but fine and situated with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms some stairs up to one side. Here, you find 2 triple rooms with double bed and single bed, and a twin room with two single beds. They share a bathroom with shower.

The other aisle is in the length of the house and the bedrooms have view to the golf course. Here, you find a double room with double bed, a double room with two single beds (arranged as double bed), then a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed (ideal for a family). These rooms share a bathroom with shower. At the end, there is a suite-size room with double bed, private bathroom and direct access to the terrace. There is a baby bed in the room, and also room for an extra bed if necessary.

Finally, there is also a washing room with washing machine and dryer.

Golf and Padel:
Very close, you have the "PITCH AND PUT" golf course. If you are not familiar with the concept, the holes are shorter, so you can take the 18 holes in 2-3 hours depending on your level and how many people you are. The owner of the house, Emilio, is also the manager of the golf course, so it is easy to book, and you can also rent standard clubs, if you prefer not to travel with this. If you are a beginner, instructions might be possible. Moreover, there is also a padel center near, where Emilio also can help you book, if you fancy trying this upcomming sport.
