Pool Oasis

This area is so close to the BTR area and perfect for us for a shorter pool-only stay. We love the white beaches of Gulf Shores and don’t go in the wats, but for a nice condo with a view and chill pool this was perfection!!! We enjoyed chatting with the local owners as they came down to enjoy the afternoon. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful views/convenient location

This is a lovely condo which was as wonderful as presented. The location is great. It’s a bit noisy from traffic, but it right across the road from the beach. We found it convenient to visit the NASA museum and New Orleans as well as Biloxi.

Rebecca, we truly appreciate your 5-STAR review as that means you found the condo clean, well-equipped, and us-as you hosts-very responsive. 14 floors up there is usually no noise, especially with those heavy hurricane-rated glass walls. Maybe, did someone leave one of the balcony access doors open a little bit? There are 4 large doors you can use to get to that gorgeous wrap-around balcony. That is the largest floor plan and the largest balcony and, in my opinion, one of the most gorgeous views in both the daytime and nighttime. I had one guest who said he never went out to party and never watched TV—-he just sat on the balcony absorbing the beauty. Now THAT says a lot about the view!!!! We hope you remember us and make this condo your vacation condo next year, also!!

The condo is beautiful! Perfect views of the Gulf Coast and great people watching from the floor to ceiling windows! Property manager was amazingly helpful and sweet. The building is quiet and we had a great stay. We will be back!

Biloxi Vacation

It was beautiful and clean. The check in process was not to good. We had to wait 3 hours to enter. Once we got in contact with someone they were very nice and helpful. Overall it was a wonderful vacation.

I know it was frustration when our instructional letter on how to check-in went to you spam folder! But once we connected, you were able to follow the normal procedure. I know you said it was a wonderful vacation and I told you before you left my office that it was the best condo with the best view of any we offer! I am so glad you found it so. It was a pleasure to meet both you and your wife and I do hope that this becomes a summer tradition--vacationing with us on the 14th floor with the beach at your toes!!

Perfect Location for our family of 6

My family & I stayed here for the extended Memorial Day weekend & had the best time. 4 adults, 1 toddler & an infant all fit comfortably without feeling claustrophic. We loved the split floor plan so each 'family' could have their own bedroom/bathroom with the kitchen & living areas being shared. The condo is in a great location with so many fun things to do & great food options close by. Definitely felt like a home away from home. The PRM & Ocean Club Tower staff were all super friendly & helpful. Will definitely stay here again. :)

Beautiful view and Great location

Ocean Club 1404 is a beautiful condo with an amazing view of the beach. The wrap around balcony allows for gorgeous views all day. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cookware but you will need to bring your own essentials like seasonings, cooking oil/spray and foil. The living room furniture is well worn but still offered comfortable seating. For us, the master bed is a little firm - but everyone has their own comfort level. Overall the unit is amazing, the location is perfect and everyone we met was very friendly.

It was myself my husband and grandma and we had plenty room to spread our out and a most wonderful stay. The views from the primary bedroom were amazing and my grandma loved that she had access to the wrap around balcony from her room. We’re from the next state over (Louisiana) so we made a small pot of gumbo while we were there and had everything we needed in the kitchen (outside of our gumbo ingredients) My husband honestly can’t wait to go back.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great, the Condo was clean but both Air Conditions had issues. In our 4 nights, 1 Air condition (in the kids room) never worked the entire stay. Th2nd Air Condition was fixed after the 2nd day of non-stop calling, trying to get someone out there to fix it. I had to go buy 6 box fans at Wal-Mart due to our Condo staying at 84 degrees. To top it off, I received a call saying that we have to step out on our 2nd day due to the owner showing the Condo to a potential buyer. We tried reaching out multiple times, but no one would answer until the 2nd day. We've reported the issues, and we did not get any apology or anything. I would definitely not come back here.

Beautiful View from Above

We had an awesome time in Biloxi. The condo's balcony was the best. We could see everything. We did remember to bring binoculars and was able to look out into the waters, but during our stay unfortunately didn't see any dolphins. The condo itself lacked a bit of cleanliness, carpet in bedroom had big stains. The other floors without carpet didn't look dirty but they were, we accidently spilled water on floor and when cleaned it up the paper towel was black, and bottoms of our feet was dirty from floor. Overall the condo was very clean except for the floors. We had issues trying to cook at the condo as the kitchen didn't have very good cooking pans, especially the skillet. The bedroom (not master) had the a air conditioner that kicked on and off all night waking you up and the little frige in the room made noises, so we were awakened several times in the night. We were given 6 keys and one fob for the condo and no note on to what they were all for so with that only one key worked and we could of used another fob so that as couples we could split up if wanted but couldn't due to fob is for getting into the building. But we managed along and had an awesome stay. The beaches at Biloxi are very very clean and wonderful. All the people are very nice and the food, especially the fresh seafood at the surrounding restrauants was delicious. The people that we rented the condo from are very very nice and helpful. I would definitly stay at Biloxi again and would stay at the Ocean Club condo's. Thanks

Rosa, Thank you for the review. Yes, that wrap-around balcony is the best thing. You were in the largest floor plan in the building and it has the best view from the 14th floor! I have spoken with housekeeping and they said the next time you stay with us to please call the number on the card they leave if there is an issue. They will gladly return to make it right. I had ordered pans and they just came in and were installed Friday. The keys are 2 sets of 3 as there are 2 interior doors that lock. We want you to have a set so if someone gets locked in or out, you will be able to access the room. There should always be two fobs for each reservation and we have them now permanently hooked together so each set is complete with fob. We offer wonderful, Southern hospitality, along with fabulous restaurants and lots of cultural spots. Plus, the 26-mile beach is accessible and free to all people. The parking is free along the beach should you wish to stop and explore someplace other than in front of your condo. We hope to have you visit again!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view was amazing! There were a few improvements that could take place inside condo to make it 5 stars. The furniture was old and sunk in to sit on. We had no hot water in guest shower. Bathroom faucet handles unscrewed as we used them, repeatedly. Lighting in master bathroom was very poor. The condo was clean and set up well though and the views were awesome! Just needs some maintenance and bit of updating.
