The bedroom contains a comfortable double bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces.
The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.
Located in the heart of vibrant Brixton, this studio places the best of city living right at your doorstep. Explore an eclectic mix of eateries, catch live performances at renowned music venues like the O2 Academy, enjoy the latest films at the iconic Ritzy Cinema, and wander through the bustling Brixton Market. For a breath of fresh air, Brockwell Park, ideal for a morning run or a relaxed stroll, is just a short walk away.
Brixton Station, a short walk away, connects you to the Victoria Line, offering swift access to Central London. Numerous bus routes on Brixton Road provide easy connections across the city, making it convenient to explore all that London has to offer.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the building, accessible only by stairs (no elevator).
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
Please be aware that the fuse board for both apartments on this floor are located within your room.
In the unlikely event of an issue with the electrics, we may need to access your room to resolve it.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
