The kitchen features a breakfast bar to seat 4, and a separate dining table. The house also has a snug with TV, ideal for the kid's to gather to watch a movie. In the living room you will find a log burner for cosying up after a day on the beach.

Sundowner sleeps up to ten guests in four comfortable bedrooms, with three modern shower rooms and a family bathroom with bath. The master suite features a super king bed, a sofa area and a south-facing balcony with partial sea views, while a second bedroom also enjoys glimpses of the water. A large family bunk room (x2 bunk beds with single mattresses) easily accommodates adults as well as children, making it ideal for multi-generational holidays or groups. There is a further super king room and a twin bedroom all with access to the family bathroom with shower, bath and w/c.

The house is dog-friendly and includes a warm outdoor tap with hose, perfect for rinsing sandy feet or washing your four-legged friends after a run on the beach.
