A two bedroom, two bathroom apartment with a modern and clean design throughout. This property is nestled in the heart of Manchester's vibrant Northern Quarter, just minutes away from popular attractions like Stevenson Square, Affleck's and the Manchester Craft and Design Centre, providing easy access to the city's iconic landmarks. It’s the perfect base for exploring Manchester’s dynamic cultural and entertainment scene.
Kitchen & Dining Area:
The open-plan kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. We offer a fridge freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster and induction hob. .
There is a 6 seater dining table perfect for enjoying a meal together with family and friends. The kitchen island doubles up on space with 4 additional bar stools. This space also offers an excellent workspace for those who may be travelling on business.
Living Area:
The living area features a 55 inch smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime TV access, along with a cosy four-seater sofa.
Bedrooms:
There are two bedrooms. One of these features a king-size bed and the other with a double. All fitted with blackout curtains and wardrobes, providing plenty of storage for your stay.
Bathrooms:
There are two sleek bathrooms with an option for a rainfall shower or a bath in one of the bathrooms. We offer bath towels and hand towels, as well as complimentary shampoo, conditioner and hand soap
Sofa Bed:
The sofa bed can be converted into a comfortable double sofa-bed. Depending on the booked number of guests on your reservation, you may need to contact our customer service team who are on-hand to arrange a sofa bed set-up, where additional charges may apply. If you’re unsure whether you have a sofa-bed inclusive rate or for full details of our sofa-bed policy, please refer to our terms and conditions.

This property is located in Manchester’s city centre district of Northern Quarter, very close to Piccadilly train station. The lively district is renowned for its independent shops and thriving music scene. The perfect base for exploring bars, cafes and restaurants.
Guest Access:
Upon booking with us, you will receive access to your personalised Guest Pass. The Guest Pass is powered by Enso Connect – an Airbnb trusted partner. Here you will receive your check-in instructions including any access codes, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations (& exclusive discounts!) and much more. You will receive a link to your Guest Pass in your booking confirmation message.
In order to protect both the property and you, our valued guest, you must complete a mandatory deposit authorisation hold of £250. This can be done on a card of your choosing via the Guest Pass. No monies are taken from your card unless damages are caused during your stay, or additional fees are incurred. This may be for things such as late check-out, undeclared guests, and/or extra nights. The deposit authorisation hold is usually released with 1 working day of check-out.
Kindly ensure that your Guest Pass verification and deposit authorisation hold, are complete prior to your check-in, as you will not be able to access the apartment until this is complete.

If the elevator is out of order, you will be required to take the stairs up to the 3rd floor to access the apartment. Please keep this in mind if you have any additional accessibility needs.

We also encourage you to read our house rules for full transparency of our terms & conditions prior to booking.
