SAFETY & SECURITY FEATURES: For added peace of mind, the property is equipped with CCTV that faces the front and back of the house. We also have a noise decibel monitor to maintain a quiet and comfortable environment for all guests and neighbours, without recording specific sounds.
HOUSE RULES: To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, please observe the following:
- No parties, smoking, or loud noise - quiet hours after 9 pm to respect neighbours. - No pets - Check-in after 3 pm and check-out by 10 am to allow for thorough cleaning.
