The living room is perfect for relaxing, featuring a cozy sofa, a TV for your favorite shows, and a dining table. Large windows fill the space with natural sunlight, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Step out onto the balcony to enjoy some fresh air.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare delicious meals, such as an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and all essential cookware and cutlery. A washing machine is also available for your convenience.
The apartment offers two comfortable bedrooms: the first features a king-sized bed and wardrobe, while the second has three single beds. All beds are dressed in high-quality linens for a restful stay.
The bathroom is stocked with towels and toiletries, providing everything you need to freshen up.
The apartment is professionally cleaned before each stay to ensure a comfortable and welcoming environment.
Located on the 3rd floor, the building has an elevator for easy access.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bags. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
