Nice suite but lacks personal management 1. Great location in Alfama, walking distance to centre town, fado, and many sites. 2. Rooms were clean. 1.No WIFI throughout 3-day stay and no personal communication / reply from staff, only robo-reply. There is no staff onsite except for cleaning, who have nothing to do with any other affairs. (Shudder to think what would happen if a toilet backed up) 2. Not a complaint but a warning that this is not a room for people with mobility or heart issues as it's a steep, hefty climb to access the room from the taxi stop. 3. No tips or pointers in room as to where to shop for groceries, access transportation, etc.
