A second lounge with Smart TV offers an additional space to unwind. With two staircases leading to the first floor, the property offers flexibility and charm. Upstairs youâll find a king size bedroom, a stylish bathroom with a bath and shower over, a second king size bedroom with an en-suite shower room, and a third king size bedroom with a freestanding bath, bidet, and feature wood burner. Sitting on the banks of the River Wye, itâs perfect for riverside walks, wild swimming, and kayaking. Local outfitters in nearby Glasbury and Hay-on-Wye offer canoe and paddleboard hire for relaxed days out on the water. The area is a haven for walkers and cyclists, with routes ranging from gentle riverside paths to more challenging hill walks.
