Step inside and you’ll find a bright, open-plan living space with vaulted ceilings, a log burner, and a fully equipped kitchen—ideal for slow breakfasts, cosy evenings, or celebratory dinners. Large windows fill the rooms with light, while underfloor heating keeps the whole cottage warm year-round.
The cottage sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably:
Master bedroom with king bed, dressing table, and private ensuite.
Two further bedrooms with king zip-link beds (can be arranged as twins).
Additional sleeping on a quality sofa bed in the lounge.
Family bathroom with powerful shower and bathtub.
Outdoors, enjoy a spacious private garden with BBQ, dining area, and sun-trap seating. After a day exploring the countryside or strolling the Hastings pier, it’s the perfect place to relax with a glass of wine.

What we enjoy most is the variety — one day you can be exploring country lanes and farm shops, and the next you’re on the beach, at a castle, or strolling through independent cafés and galleries. It’s a place where you can truly slow down and relax, but still have plenty to see and do nearby.
