The Bay is a newly renovated and stylish first floor apartment ideally located in a quiet residential street just a short walk to the town centre. It is the perfect romantic retreat for couples, and also has a sofa bed so ideal for two couples or a small family. It is also pet friendly so your four-legged friend can come along too. The apartment has a lovely open plan living space, a Kingsize bedroom and modern shower room. Outside is an enclosed garden. The Bay is a great place to stay whilst exploring the thriving coastal town of Folkestone. The harbour and beach are a 10-minute walk away, passing by the Creative Quarter offers many art galleries, boutique shops and craft stores. Folkestone is a thriving coastal town, with a long maritime history. The harbour arm has been transformed into a tourist hotspot with cafes, a champagne bar and other great food outlets. The harbour itself is home to seafood stalls and an excellent seafood restaurant with sea views. And of course, there is the long golden sandy beach and rock pools to enjoy to the east side of the harbour and shingle beaches located to the west. With the mainline station only a 10-minute walk away why not leave the car at home and have a truly relaxing stay. Kitchen - containing electric oven and hob, fridge with icebox, De’Longhi coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine
Bedroom - sleeps 2, with Kingsize bed, bedside tables and lamps, dressing table and stool, built in wardrobe, chaise longue
Shower room – walk-in shower, wc, basin
Garden – enclosed garden with garden furniture - the garden is shared with the other holiday apartment in the building - The Courtyard

Please note check out is 10am. Please ensure you vacate on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.
Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time.
Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
Please be respectful to neighbours. Quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am.
Parties and loud music are not permitted.
