The building was designed in 1891 by renowned Łódź architect Kazimierz Sokołowski and completed before the end of the 19th century. In 2022, the building underwent full restoration and now combines classical elegance – including original stucco work, exposed brick walls, and historical details – with the comfort and functionality suited to modern needs. Inside the courtyard, accessible through a traditional gate, guests can safely leave a bicycle or scooter.
