Hougoumont Cottage consists of a kitchen with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster, a living/dining room with a Smart TV, and a snug with a sofa bed. The bedrooms consist of a double with an en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, and two twin rooms, along with a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Additional snug with sofa bed for one adult or two children. Outside, there is an enclosed front garden with a lawn and well, and an enclosed rear patio with furniture, as well as off-road parking for 1 car. Onsite bar & restaurant. Within 1.4 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.1 miles, a pub, with the beach 0.5 miles away. Please note that this is a non-smoking property.
